hey! i know this may sound weird and embarrassing but

hey! i know this may sound weird and embarrassing but I think i might have gotten an STD the reason why is because I recently noticed that I have a small bump in my genital area and i think another one is coming and i am scared to death. Honestly I do not know if it is because I recently shaved but i am also really scared and embarrassed to go to a doctor in person.

I experience a swooshing soud (fan like swoosh) in my ear when I lay on my stomach and raise my head to read a book or write. I was always able to do this as a child but no longer. Sometimes this happens when I get up too quickly as well, and get dizzy and feel pressure over my eyes. No one seems to know what I am talking about.

Hello Doc. I get nervous very soon and my ears become red when I am nervous. I am not able to speak properly. I think all these problems are due to onanism.
