Eat atleast five to six times day and eat good healthy food, not junk. Eat more of soya things and protien biscuits. I heard its good and helps to gain weight also.
thank you so much.. but im eating well.. but couldnt raise my weight.. i would take fruits, dates, dry grapes, nuts, meals everything in a good quantity.. but couldnt.. anyways will try wat you have said..
