hello,
i am experiencing a chronic dizziness in my head it make me feel a Lack of coordination and falling and my eyes hurt some times, i went to several doctors and i also did a blood test ( executive) and it came back ok, i did a chest scan and it came back normal ,i also did a echo and the doctor remarks was that the heart is not to low to responsible for the dizziness in heart and the valves are all ok, this pain in my head is unbearable sometimes , my pressure is ok and i am not diabetic, please i need your advise

Hello Doctor. My name is Lani. I am traveling 5,000 miles from home and experienced several dizzy spells yesterday. I recently had my vitals checked and all looked fine. The dizzy spells started last night (head spinning feeling) and just recently feeling lightheaded. I have another couple of days here before I head back to the U.S. I am doing lots of walking but am in very good shape: 57 year old female, 130 pounds. Thank you for your help.
