hello I'm experiencing extreme fatigue muscle aches and pains and major joint pain. If I've been sitting to long my legs knees and feet hurt bad. It's hard to move when I first stand up. The pain in body is all over shoulders to feet. When I wake the fatigue isn't to bad but by 2:30/3pm I can barely keep my eyes open. Often I have to nap for a couple of hours and I'm back to sleep by 10 or 11 pm. I do have a hard time waking in the morning. Getting out of bed is a chore and half. Some of the pain is gone when I regularly take a potassium supplement every day. I have had that checked and it's in normal range. But I still have to take a small amount every day to keep most of the symptoms low. I have also cut out about 90% of refined sugar from my diet. I'm still having symptoms and would like to know where to look next. Thank you

Extreme fatigue. Sleep 12 to 16 hours and am so tired when I wake up I fall back asleep again. When I manage to stay awake I have no energy at all. I can actually fall asleep standing up if I don t lay down. Dizzy spells - don t have anything to do with any medications. I have a weird kind of little rash on the back of my neck. Medication has reduced it but it won t go away. All my muscles ache all the time and some muscle areas get sharp pains and I am losing tone and strength.

Hello- I have, for the past couple months, been experiencing extreme fatigue, some fullness when eating (not consistent), some gassiness (also not consistent) and have experienced strong changes in bowl movements, on and off diarrhea/loose stools. About a month ago, I experience some tar-like stools but was on antibiotics for bronchitis so I wrote it off... but for the past 2 days have experienced bright red blood when passing stool, mainly just in the morning. I have no pain or itching and feel no bulging. I do have a family history of cancer (Mother had both ovarian cancer and a rare malignant tumor in her chest 20 years earlier). What type of doctor should I consult and what things should I be asking?
