Are Constant Headaches While Eating Something Out Of The Routine And Mood Swings Something To Be Worried About?

hello Docs, my son is going to be 12 in December this year. He is quite active otherwise, but has constant headaches if he eats anything out of his routine. I am a patient of hyperthyroidism and have similar problem so we got his thyroid tested. His tsh is 6.71. Doctor said there is nothing to worry, this is normal for a 12 year old and we need to work on his body weight. his height is 5.1 ft and weighs 56 kgs. He has mood swings. I have put him on an exercise regime and he does it sincerely. What next? Is thyroid worth a concern here? Please guide.
