Have Lumps Under Armpit, Leaking Fluid, Bad Smell, Chesty Cough, Pain, Hurts. Suggestion?

I have a lump, possibly 2 or three under my armpit. I noticed them a couple of weeks ago. in the last few days they have been leaking fluid. the fluid smells like very bad BO. It might be a coincidence but i have also had a chesty cough for the same amount of time. there's been little pain, but the lumps do hurt when pressure is applied, a very sharp sting.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi
IT looks like Hidradenitis suppurativa.
You should consult a surgeon for proper treatment.
I usually prescribe Antibiotic Clindamycin /Cefpodoxime with potassium clauvulanate along with anti inflammatory tablets.
It is not related to chesty cough.
Along with above tablets, you have to take syrup which contains Bronchodilator and mucolytic.
Wish you good health and speedy recovery.
Regards
