For The Past 3 Weeks I Have Been Experiencing Shortness

for the past 3 weeks I have been experiencing shortness of breath, stiff neck (can hear it crack), tight shoulders, and fatigue in the early afternoon (around 2 pm), and headaches too. In the morning all seems fine, then as the day progresses I become tired and it feels as though there is wieght added to my chest making it more difficult to breath. My right ear rings a lot and has been giving my trouble (both ears) for over a year. The doctor gave me cream to put in them but that doesn't help. They keep ringing.

Hi,
From history it seems that you are having some chronic problem in your ears like, middle ear infection, otoscerosis or impacted ear wax.
Consult ENT specialist and get investigations done.
After proper diagnosis, plan of treatment can be decided accordingly.
Ok and take care.
