female 19 i had my period on 24 of September for 7 days normal on October 4th i bleed for 3 days not too heavy i been having cramps feeling sick headaches and very tired could i be pregnant on the 5th of October i did a pregnancy test was negative what do you think this could be?

As per your description these symptoms could be due to hormonal imbalance or could be due to pregnancy. As your home urine pregnancy test to is negative you can go for blood beta hCG level to rule out pregnancy. Get your thyroid profile and hemoglobin test also.
