I would request an MIR and other tests ,as I would be concerned about the headaches
.BTW Do you KNOW for sure your blood pressure is getting high , or does it just feel that way ? The shortness of breath
tends to indicate a form of an anxiety
Try not to respond to situations in an "A type" manner . For example when someone cuts you off ,say something to yourself like " Maybe the poor guy has a problem on his mind ,or, I've made mistakes like that myself ." This helps you more than allowing anger to surface and cause an increase in blood pressure .
