I had something similar happen a while back but I was drinking an energy drink. My heart would start pounding and I almost felt a little nauseous. So i then went to a doctor to see if he could tell me what was wrong. After some testes It was deduced that I have random anxiety attacks. I'm not saying thats what you have but these attacks are caused by stress, depression and an overwhelming amount of pressure from things and ppl around (health, work ie.) Look up the symptoms for anxiety and see if you fit. They can be triggered by lots of sugar and or caffeine.....

How long can caffeine affect anxiety? I had a panic attack the day after I had a chai latte. I have been off caffeine and alcohol for 10 months because I developed a panic disorder and this was the first caffeine in a long time. I had an iced passion iced tea a couple of months ago and had a lot of arrythmias the same day but no panic attack. Im wondering if there is a connection or just coincidence.

I keep feeling my heart beat multiple times, too fast. It only happens for a minute or so, then it comes back again. And it usually leaves my out of breath. I went to the doctor last month for anxiety attacks because i also have sharp pains in my wrist, fingers, toes, back, and just about everywhere else. Do you think my heart is beating to fast over anxiety? Or is it something else?
I'm 33 years old with low blood pressure every time I get it checked. The low blood pressure has been going on for years. I just thought I normally have low blood pressure. It was 92/50 las time it was checked. I am 5'2" 165lbs. I gained 15lbs with my pregnancy. My delivery lasted 33 hours and was very stressful. I have loridosis, back pain, heat sensations in my left leg, chest pain and shortness of breath. I just recently went to get checked out by the doctor about dizzy spells and my heart stopping and rapidly starting back. I was diagnosed with RBBB. I'm really scared, because I can feel that my heart is not working like it should. I have a lot of stress with family matters and I would say since I was 13 I've had ongoing high anxiety. I know that is not healthy. What would you say are the reasons that I have RBBB.
Every once in a while I can feel what I believe is a skipped, or extra heartbeat. I have no pain or dizziness or shortness of breath along with this. I do suffer from panic/anxiety and I am currently on Xanax for it. I am also on Levothyroxine for Hypothyroidism. My question is this: I have a trip to Cedar Point coming up in August and I want to know if I should be concerned about going on thrill rides and rollercoasters with my family.
