Bump On My Scrotum... Syphilis?

alright i was reading about shiplis online and i think i have all the symptoms.. but i have waited a long time and is it to late for it to be cured and or am i just being parinoid.. i had a bump on my scrotum it was itchy but went away then i had one on my penis and it also went away what does it mean? im scared do i have shyplis?

First get it confirmed by visiting a doctor. syphilis is not an incurable disease, so no need to worry. But dont postpone as well as it can lead to complications by spreading to other parts of the body even to brain sometimes.
