hi doctor, i m a 22yr old girl. I had a few injections to dry down the milk in my breast when my baby was 3mnths old. And because of that i m reduced my size has become 30 from 34. I m very introvert cnt go to a doctar cnt ever think about surgery. pls help

BREAST ENLARGEMENT IS POSSIBLE WITH EITHER FREE FAT TRANSFER OR BREAST IMPLANT SURGERY. IN FREE FAT TRANSFER, FAT IS REMOVED WITH LIPOSUCTION FROM SOME BODY AREAS LIKE ABDOMEN, HIPS OR THIGHS AND THEN INJECTED INTO THE BREAST. IN BREAST IMPLANT SURGERY, AN IMPLANT OF APPROPRIATE SIZE AND SHAPE IS INSERTED BEHIND THE BREAST TO ENLARGE AND LIFT IT. BOTH THE PROCEDURES ARE VERY SAFE AND ARE DAY CARE TREATMENTS. THE PATIENTS DON'T NEED HOSPITALIZATION AND CAN LEAVE WITHIN 6 HOURS AFTER SURGERY.

Small size BREAST: If it does not bother you then you need not worry.SOme times breast development could take place after pregnancy to a small extent. If you are or intened to get it enlarged then surgery by using Breast Implants or Fat grafting is the best possibility and should be done by a plastic surgeon.
