Hi.. GPT is a liver enzyme.. This enzyme levels increases when there is a damage to the liver.. Elevated GPT values without symptoms does not  need any treatment and they would settle on itself.. Avoid alcohol, drugs that can cause damage to the liver.. Repeat the test after a few weeks.. If the values are persistently high you may need further evaluation...
