What Could Be The Cause For Frequent Dizziness And Ear Pain?

a few years ago my mom would get lightheaded and dizzy off an on. Over the last 6 months it came back but did not leave. Her heart has been checked, blood pressure and brain for a tumor and all came back negative. This week she is getting a electronystagmogram (ENG), videonystagmogram (VNG) and coloric test. She has also been getting ear pain in the left ear and sometimes feels like their is water in her ear.
