Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

Regarding your concern, I would explain that her symptoms do not seem to be related to the heart.

In my opinion, as the pain is modulated by body position, it could be a musculoskeletal pain.

For this reason, I would recommend just having some rest and taking ibuprofen for the pain.

If the pain does not improve in the next hour, I recommend going to the ER for a physical exam, a resting ECG and cardiac enzymes.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
