Yes, I am 45 years old. I am having sever pains in my upper back just below the shoulder blades in the middle. I have a rare disease called Takayasu Arteritis and a history of a pulmonary embolisms, When I went to the ER the other day they did a cat scan and ruled out a bone fracture and a PE. They gave me oxy and said it was just muscle and tissue pain, I have a follow up with my PCP scheduled but I have taken three oxys today and nothing touches the pain? Just wondering what your take is on it. Thank you
