Wrist, Thumb Pain, Swelling In Fingers And Hand. Hand Wrapped In Ace Bandage. Treatment?

I have had some wrist/ thumb pain so I wrapped it in an ace bandage when I was drawing but accidently left it on over night and when I woke up my fingers and the upper part of my hand that was above the bandage was swelled not to bad noticeably bigger, I assume due to poor circulation, so what should I do get it to go down?
