Wrist Stiff, Popping Noise Came On Squeezing, Swelling, Pain During Movements. Solution?

Last night my wrist was stiff ( I usually don t have much flexibility in wrist but stiffer than usual) so with my left hand I squeezed my wrist and a popping noise came. The right wrist wasn t it extreme pain but I knew something was wrong. This morning it s swollen? And makes popping noises and se pain with movements? I have basketball tryouts tomorrow!
