Wrist Pain, MRI Shows Bone Cyst, Arm Pain. Why?

I got in a wreck in about 10 months ago after i had wrist pain.. i had no bones broken or fractured...later they finally gave me a mri and said that it could be bone cyst and need to go the the specialist...Now my hand that only hurt at the click of my wrist now hurts constantly where it feels like i have pain up my arm at nite i have dead arm throbbing...hand to my shoulder ...is this because of the bone cyst?

A bone cyst if it is compressing the nerve fibres can cause a pain radiating upto your shoulder. It needs to be evaluated and if necessary surgical excision should be considered to get rid of symptoms.
