Hello
It is a very difficult answer of such question but before , read this carefully:
HIV can be transmitted to individuals who receive blood transfusion , BLOOD PRODUCTS ( as you contacted in your eyes a drop of blood ),who are exposed to HIV while sharing injections paraphernalia such as needles, syringes, the water in which drugs are mixed , the cotton through which drugs are filtered or through contaminated blood direct into eyes as in your case, through toilet papers.
Yes , you are at risk , if that blood product or light brown color liquid was contaminated of HIV infection.
In my opinion get in nucleic acid amplification or western blot rapid test for HIV .
Window period is after 2 weeks of initial contact with blood product.
Hope this will help you.

Thank you for query.the brown color may or may not be blood .so the chances of being it blood is unlikely.the modes described by you are most unlikely method of transmission of HIV.Also you are in doubt of it coming in contact also.So allay the fears of HIV.If you are still anxious get a HIV RNA PCR done for HIV to rule out your anxiety and HIV.You can get back for any clarifications with details.Dr Bharatesh D Basti Dermatologist and venereologist.
