If you are ECG is normal and your doctor ask for you more test can you refused him ?

Why would you refuse additional tests? Don't you care about your health? You only do yourself a disservice if your doctor thinks you need further tests and you don't get them done. An ECG (EKG) will only tell a doctor about the electrical activity of your heart. It will not tell the doctor about how the valves in your heart are or the function of your heart. You could have other problems that if more tests are not performed your doctor won't know about. Your heart is the most important organ in your body. If you don't take care of it and perform "preventative maintenance" then you will die too early in life.
