Hello,
Any evidence of slower fetal growth rate can be had from regular follow up and also an abdominal sonogram to look for any malformations, liquor volume and evidence of growth retardation. Pregnancy of four months is hardly palpable per abdomen by a non-medical person. If your doctors said everything is well, then perhaps they are right. The fact that you did not have any symptoms could mean that the pregnancy progressed uneventfully so far and hence, you have less reason to worry. Anyway, stop hectic activity, get regular follow up, healthy diet and adequate rest. Wish you good health.
