Hi, i'm a 35 year old female with a nervous stomach.....I have always had that issue when it comes to stress, anxiety and worries. I lost my job a month ago and have been going through a lot of stress and lately for the past two weeks i have been having mild heaches with a queasy stomach, diarrhea and sometimes black tarry stools. Will you please help me?

HI
Well come HCM
Thank for asking, your query is appreciated, let me inform you that the symptoms of diarrhea may not be due to anxiety and stress but it seems to be due to dyspepsia although diarrhea is self controlling and may not need any treatment, now for the stress you need to control your thoughts, be positive and practical try some exercise.
If I would be doctor of this case then I would try to treat this case with Tab Amitriptyline once in day, but main is try to come out of the stress.
hope this information helps.
