Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,
3 screw fixation in an inverted triangle fashion is the best treatment for a fracture of the neck of femur rather than hemiarthroplasty because God's naturally given head is better than any other artificial material in this world.

If pain is very mild, with stiffness, there is nothing really to worry about. This is because u r not bearing weight. But if pain is severe then u need to take an x ray to rule out AVN of the femoral head which may be the cause of pain.
