Would Pantocid-L Help Manage Constipation In A Diabetic?

I am diabetics for the last 30 yrs .Reasonable under control with oral tablets .However ,Suffers with constipation hence unable to have clear motion in the morning even after taking 2 -3 glasses of water. Pl advise whether taking one capsule of PantocidL in the morning will help?

I don't think it will help as it doesn't have any effect on constipation. You should find the real problem either dietary or metabolic which is causing this.
