I work days one day nights the next then a double the next have a day off work late nights then mornings then day off. I can no longer sleep settle down or relax at any time of day or night. I am very stressed and emotional. Cry over anything and just spacy. Is there something you can suggest to do or take. THis has been my schedule for over a year and just feel like Im at the end of my rope.
