Woke Up With Sore Ribs, Doctor Advised Its Because Of Cough. I Feel Light Headed. What Could It Be?
Last Thursday I woke up with sore ribs on the left side just below the breast. I went to the doctor and he's said they've been bruised from my cough from my child the week before. I went to work on Monday and to existed and painful on Tuesday. Yesterday (Wednesday) I went to work but only played an hour as I became extremely light headed. Today I'm still lightheaded even when just standing to move. The rib pain is okay at the moment but I'm worried about this dizziness. What can I do?

Dizziness is a common complaint in people having low blood pressure. When the blood pressure is too low, not enough oxygen-rich blood is being delivered to the brain, and its function can be affected.
Low blood pressure may be the result of an underlying illness or disease, or it may be a normal physiologic condition may be due to sleep deprivation.Good sleep of at least 6 hrs is required for a person to feel fresh and healthy. Some common reasons for low blood pressure include the following:Anemia ,dehydration, Fever also can cause a significant amount of water loss due to increased metabolic rate and excessive sweating as the body tries to cool itself.
