i weight 192 and 5ft 7in tall but I don't look it. Now one beleive I weight that much. I need to loose 30 more pounds. I am afraid I will be left with some sagging especially back arm fat and the thighs. The weight is falling off fast. Will the extra fat be left sagging? Also I walk 4 to 6 miles 3 to 4 times a week.
I share your concerns about sagging of skin after weight loss but I would like to inform you that in your case sagging is unlikely to happen because your weight is not so high, you don't appear to so (as you have mentioned) and you are planning to shed only 30 pounds.
However you can reduce the chances of sagging if any by careful planning like muscle strengthening, stretching of the areas you worry of sagging ,along with running.
