Will There Be Complications In Delivery If Baby Is In Breech Presentation?

Hello Doctor,
I have my scan done 2 days before. I am 32 weeks pregnant of 35yrs old. I had previous issue of 8 yrs female child that time emergency C-section was done. My scan report shows baby is in breach presentation. Fetal Heart Rate is 136 bpm, weight is 1935 gm. Placenta is fundo posterior, shows grade II maturity. I had question that if there will be any complication related to delivery?

Hi, You are having 32 weeks pregnanacy at this time. your baby can move in womb by the term(9th month). If at term there is vertex presentation than normal delivery can occur, but if at term breech persists then there are more chances that your gynaecologist can take decision of Caeserian delivery. I think you might be knowing that breech means buttocks are presenting part while vertex means head is presenting which normally occurs.
