Will There Be Any Effect On The Baby By Having Prescribed Medicines During Pregnancy For Cold , Cough And Breathing Problems ?

Hi, I am 6 months pregnant, I am suffering from severe cold and cough and breathing problem in nights, doctor suggested to use omnacortil-10, sporidex 500 and deriphyllin retard 150. Are these medicines safe in Pregnancy? Please advice. will they cause any side effects? is it safe to my baby?
