Will There Be Any Effect On My Babies Due To My Mental Weakness During 28 Week Pregnancy And How Can I Come Out Of It ?
I m 28 week pregnant with twins i have become emtionally very weak i will get disturbed and pissed off with family matters and i dont get proper sleep in the night..will these affect my babies health and pls help me suggest to overcome this mental weakness

stay calm you can try meditation practice also.
