Psychiatrist 's  Response
Dear Madam

I don't know how much you are depressed. If you feel that it is affecting your health in terms of very less food intake, decreased sleep, inability to concentrate then better consult qualified psychiatrist and start treatment immediately.
You may take Zapiz .25 mg but it hardly improves depression except for improving sleep and some anxiety symptoms. Zapiz in this dose appears to be safe. Antidepressant may be prescribed if depression symptoms are trouble some.

Hope get well soon.
