Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your description. I suggest you not to worry much. Teratomas are germ cell tumors commonly composed of multiple cell types derived from one or more of the 3 germ layers. Recent research show that patient suffering from teratomas of the ovary could develop changes of mood, behavior, and personality, resembling acute psychosis. You can review the literature in this link. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2826225/

Hope this answers your query. Available for further clarifications.
Good luck. Merry Christmas.
