Will The Steroid Injections During Pregnancy Affect The Baby?

I would like to get steroid injections to keloids that are on my back
but am currently breastfeeding. Will the injections affect my child? should i pump and give him pumped milk for a few hours/days after the injection? I am 29 years old, weigh 168, am 5'4'' and have had successful keloid steroid treatment before

You can use steroid injection because Corticosteroid injections are not thought to pose a threat to babies being breastfed.
However, as a precaution, they should only be used if the benefits to the mother outweigh any potential risk.
