Will The Potassium Levels Go High If Losartan Is Taken Along With Potassium Supplements?
I understand that losartan can increase potassium levels. I have left a message with my doctor and asked him, but he has not responded. I take isotonix supplements that have potassium in them. should I stop taking the supplements until I hear from my doctor. I am taking losartan at 25mg with hydrochlrothyazide. I am a worry wart and am concerned that my potassium level will get too high

It is better to avoid potassium containing supplements and potassium rich items like grape,dried fruits etc with losarten.Else,potassium level may reach undesired level.
