Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,
Green coloured stool and constipation doesn't seem to be related to multivitamin syrup. Multivitamin syrup usually has b complex vitamins which are excreted through urine.
In my opinion, your child has stomach infection, and you should do a stool routine microscopy test. Treatment will depend on above reports probably a deworming syrup and antibiotic like oflox will be required for 3 days.
I hope this has helped you. Take care.
