Will The Blood Groups Of Parents Affect The Fetus?

Hi Im lan presently residing here in philippines,i had my d&c yesterday because my dr. found out that after 4 months of being pregnant there is nothing but only a yolk sack,no fetal pole no heartbeat.My husband is A+ blood type and in B+ blood type.Is there any problem with our blood type?
