Will Taking Xanax Help Cure Severe Anxiety And Panic Attacks?

Hi, I am trying to get Xanax or something of the sort to help wit my severe Anxiety and panic attacks which ive been having for quite some time now. Ive tried a lot of different things but nothing seems to help... can you help me with this? Thanks!

Xanax alone would not control anxiety. You should take antidepressant like paroxetine or sertraline to control underline anxiety disorder. Xanax can help to give the immediate relief from the symptoms, but it would not prevent further attacks. Better to consult a psychiatrist for proper evaluation and management. You can also do relaxation exercise, that would keep you calm.
