Hi,welcome to healthcare magic forum. I understand you query as well your concern about you wife.Procto glyvenol should be used with caution during first 3 months of pregnancy. AS she was not aware of pregnancy and just for 10 days she has used this medicine. So in my opinion it would have not done any harmful effect on fetus. But still if u have any doubt , please consult a gynecologist and get an USG abdomen done. No need to worry much.Good luck.Thanks.
