Will taking boiled egg at empty stomach cause gastric problem ?

whether eating boiled egg in the morning at empty stomache could cause gastric troubles? iam a male 60 years old and have issues like poor digestion&gas troubles. iam diabetic for the past 8 years taking medicines daily in the morning &night. i want to avoid eatables which could cause poor digestion& gas troubles. i take drinks very occasionally and not regular. currently iam a non smoker. stopped smoking completely for the past 6 months.

Poor digestion and gas are now common and are due to lifestyle.Boiled egg or any food should not be the reason for gas.The major reason to have gas and poor digestion are ---acidity due to medicines
-lack of sleep
-stress mental or physical
-lack of exercise etc
Also it can happen to people who are not used to have breakfast in morning.Please take a 20 mins walk after dinner;eat dinner early to avoid indigestion;if there is acidity which can be due to medicines then get a antacid like ranitidine or pantoprazole prescribed by your doctor;drink enough water;have light food at night that is less oily or spicy.This will help reduce gas and poor digestion.

Hi, Welcome to HealthcareMagic Forum.
Do you have associated symptoms like bloating, belching and nausea? Do You have Dyspepsia? In addition to medications, You will have to make some lifestyle changes. Take Tab. Pantodac 40mg once daily in empty stomach half hour before breakfast. Drink Plenty of water and avoid stress. Take your Medications regularly and go for regular follow up. Avoid spicy and fatty foods and eat smaller and frequent meals. Maintain a Healthy weight and exercise for and Hours daily. Avoid lying down immediately after foods and have your dinner two hours before sleeping in the night. Eat healthy nutritious balanced diet which should include fresh fruits and Green leafy vegetables.
