Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Dear Mr/Ms

Hallucination are not equivalent yo convulsion. Hallucination is different from convulsion and is perception of one of the five senses inspite of absence of stimulus.
Hallucination will require further evaluation , cause could be due to brain pathology.

Consult your pediatrician for further assessment.

Take Care
