Hi welcome to HCM...

You are taking drug for reducing lipid level and aspirin as an prophylactic anti platelet to prevent thrombosis in vessel....

Aspirin needed as prophylactic treatment in ischemic heart disease ....

Your ALT level elevated here maximum up to 47 ....
It doesn't need much concern here ..
If it would be elevated more than 75 to 80 than further work up needed

Continue drug according to doc advise

Avoid high fatty diet and more fruits

Advise : Physician consultation and regular follow up

Take care
