Dexilant is a proton pump inhibitor and is used in reflux esophagitis. A proton pump inhibitor permanently binds to the proton pump and blocks it, preventing the formation of gastric acid.
Ganaton is an itopride. It drug helps with digestion as it increases the rate at which the stomach empties its contents into the intestines.
So I will advise you to take ganaton as it will help you more with your GERD as it helps empty the stomach fast.
Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
