My son age 3, has been diagonised that he has hole in heart. I would like to have the specialist who can treat him. Does my son need a surgery or medication will cure the problem?

The actual management needed is dependent on many factors like the type of defect (whether ASD/VSD/PFO etc),its size, and the clinical status of the child.
While most of such cases closes spontaneously with time, some large or symptomatic cases will need surgical closure. Your doctor will discuss these issues in detail with you.
