Will Stress Be The Reason For Delayed Periods?

I have been experiencing tenderness and lightly sore breast for about 3 weeks or so. My menstrual cycle is late and i have had a lot of unprtected sex using the pull out method! I also have been under an usual amount of stress. Is it mythodical to assume stress has caused a missed period. I dont feel there is a reason to believe that i am pregnant no ejaculate was released into my vagina

Hello.
You have two of the possible reasons for a delayed/missed period: stress and a pregnancy.
From your description a conception is unlikely, but I must inform you that the pull-out technique is not fool-proof, as you may not get it right every time.
I would suggest you take a home pregnancy test a week after your missed date just to be sure.
Also, try to eat healthy and de-stress yourself with yoga/mild exercise etc.
You may check with your doctor if your periods become irregular henceforth.
All the best.
