Will Smoking Cause Dark And Dingy Looking Feet?
I am a African American 44 year old woman. The soles of my feet are not a healthy pink color. They are dark and dingy looking no matter how hard I try to keep them clean. Could it be from smoking?. I am a chronic smoker. I smoke at least a pack a day. Please help!

Having dark and dingy looking feet might be related to:
- dryness of feet
- local blood vessels problems
I advise to:
- take good hygiene of your feet
- soak them in warm water and (feet) soap
- scrub your feet while washing
- dry them well
- apply hydrating cream
- use cotton socks always, do not go around barefoot.
