hi excess vomiting in pregnancy can cause dehydration in the mother and decrease the amniotic fluid around the baby. you should take tab emeset 4 mg three times a day and take tab pan 40 twice a day. also take light drier foods like toasts biscuits etc. don't eat anything spicy And oily food. take care all the best. don't worry keep your self well hydrated.
