Will Sessile Polyp In Rectum Causes Stomach Pain?

my child master Manish Kr. age about 11.5 yrs has some stomach problem. Gastrointrologist found one sessile polyp in rectum.i want to consult relating his problem.He is suffering from pain from about 1.5 mnths.I want to know stomach pains in case of polyp or not?

Polyps usually cause bleeding per rectum.
Pain is not a symptom of polyp.
