Will Prolomet Affect My Acclimatization?
Hi I am taking Prolomet 25mg XL to control Hypertension. I am to go on my next mountaineering expedition (I go every year) to about 7000m (23000ft). Will this medication effect my acclimatisation? will it reduce my ability to absorb sufficient oxygen?

If you take your medication for long time and your blood pressure is under control, there is nothing to worry. You should continue your medication during mountaineering. But you should measure your blood pressure.
