Hi there,
Dear Anjali, I have understood your concern.

As you have been pregnant before, you can get pregnant again.
Usually, having history of pregnancy termination in the past or use of emergency contraceptive pill, has no adverse effects on getting pregnant in future.

As you might be aware that in a woman with regular cycles day 10 to 20 of the cycle is the most fertile period of cycle. If you happen to have unprotected sex act in this period, then you stand chance to get pregnant.

Please start on Folic acid, Vitamin B 12 and Omega 3 supplements at least 3 months before you plan to get pregnant.
This helps to prevent many problems during pregnancy and delivery.

I hope this answer helps you. Thanks.
Dr. Purushottam Neurgaonkar.
